It forms part of the standard Easyfairs offer, but we give you a choice, depending on your objectives: more visibility or more leads. Or perhaps you would like both? EasyGo boosts your reach, exposure and ROI every time you participate at an Easyfairs event. With EasyGo you can manage your entire event promotion and participation via My Easyfairs.

As exhibitor...

the online visibility prior to the exhibition is increased and following up leads after the exhibition has never been easier. Exhibitors have the choice of four EasyGo packages. There is a suitable package for everyone, that matches the exhibition objectives.

The exhibitor fills an online profile with company information and product information prior to the trade show in My Easyfairs. The information from this profile will be shared at the end of the exhibition with visitors who have expressed an interest during the event. The exhibitor is in charge of this, the more extensively the profile is filled in before the exhibition, the more interesting information is shared with potential new relationships.

The visitor...

can, with EasyGo, easily scan the interesting stands with the visitor badge that they receive when entering the event (Smartbadge technology). After the visit the visitor receives all information from the scanned stands directly in the mailbox. It is therefore important for you as an exhibitor to complete your online profile in My Easyfairs as detailed as possible.

Even when there is no face-to-face conversation on the exhibition, the arrival of EasyGo means that relevant information can be exchanged. Generating leads has never been easier.
