Minimelts BIG Mango Sorbet (Gluten-, lactose-, en gelatine-free)


MiniMelts BIG ice cream balls are made with specialized machines that were developed together in cooperation with MiniMelts South Korea. Similarly to regular MiniMelts, the BIG are also made with liquid nitrogen at a temperature of -197 degrees Celsius.

The ice cream balls have a hard outer coating and a soft inner coating. The outer coating keeps the ice cream balls from melting too quickly, while the inner ice cream mass provides a soft, delicious bite. MiniMelts BIG ice cream balls are produced the size of an average cherry.
