This electric deck oven is available in many models:
– Choice of 3 to 5 decks
– Baking surface of this oven is 4 to 22.8 square meters possible, depending on the model.
– Deck height for a 3 and 4-tier oven is 20 and for a 5-tier oven 18 cm, other baking height is optionally possible
Very suitable oven for every bakery and pastry shop because of the separate setting of each deck but also bottom and top heat of each deck
Each deck can be operated separately and the temperature is up to 300 degrees
