Rama Professional Cremefine with 31% fat is the oil-based vegetable alternative to whipping cream for cooking, refining and, of course, whipping. For maximum safety in the professional kitchen! The whipped cream not only gives any dish a deliciously creamy flavour, but is also an absolute delight while whipping. Rama Cremefine offers maximum stability. No curdling – no de-mixing or flocculation, even when alcohol or fruit acid is added. Heat and freeze resistant after processing. Can be whipped up to 50% higher than conventional whipped cream and is much more stable than whipped cream, even at room temperature. Alternative to whipped cream based on vegetable oils. Particularly stable, does not melt desserts. Natural flavour and can be whipped up to 50% higher. Freeze-, acid-, heat- and alcohol-stable.
