In 2021, for the first time, the Great Place to Work® project was extended to the entire UNOX Group. The goal? To make all our workplaces excellent ones.
In addition to Italy, where the survey has been submitted for several years, USA and Australia, as well as the production companies Velex and Mabix, have also obtained the prestigious certification right away. Also the results of the Asian area have turned out to be extraordinary, while Germany and Spain, together with Metex, are the workplaces which demand more attention.
Thanks to the analysis of the data and to the focus groups that will be carried out in the near future, an action plan will be drawn up to accommodate requests for improvement in order to continue on our shared path to success.
