At the Smaak- en Kennisplein, organised by exhibitors including Vipam, you can watch live demonstrations and discover how the latest techniques and products are used in practice. In this dedicated area, equipped with the latest machinery and materials, experts share their knowledge and craftsmanship.

At Bakkersvak & IJs-Vak, the programme is all about one thing: getting hands-on! Together with Dutch Pastry Team, Vereniging Ambachtelijk IJscentrum and BoulangerieTeam, we’re putting together a varied programme. Exhibitors are getting involved too: at the Smaak- & Kennispleinen next to their stands, you can watch craftsmanship come to life.
