Dough Divider R500 and and various attachments
Dough devider R500 to tarsnport dough of fillings towards various attacments. Dough for bread, cookies, pizza's, pie fillings etc. can be processed on acurate weights. The double screw technology used in the dough devider handles your dough or other product with care to get the optimum result. The attachments comunicate through Can0bus with the dough devider so only one touch screen panel is used to run this line. Machines are easy to operate, disassamble, clean and assamble. The R500 can be connected with fillingheads, forming machines, cutting devices, coex application (for stuffed products) etc. The R500 is the strongest most universally applicable machine in its segment.

The HP1 with portioning table FT722 makes it easy to portion batters, doughs and fillings on baking trays, in baking tins or other product carriers. The HP1 is a very flexible dough portioner with a double worm set, which can easily and accurately portion both muffin batter and stiff paste. By combining the HP1 with the new filling table FT722, a piping bag becomes redundant. A baking tray or baking tin is brought under the portioning opening by means of an XY movement. This allows a wide variety of product shapes to be portioned, such as rosettes, rings, stripes, crackers and Utrechtse sprits. It is also possible to fill muffin and turban shapes. The baking tray can be positioned freely by means of magnets. This makes it possible to make any pattern and safety caps are not necessary. By freely programming the portioning table, you can position the products on or in the baking tins as efficiently as possible. It is also possible to use different baking tray sizes with the same machine. The modern and versatile technology in Seydelmann Mixing Refiners offers the choice between refining, homogenization and mixing as well as many additional processing possibilities. Products to be processed individually can be granulated, pulverized, smelted or liquefied. Extremely high cutting speeds up to 160 m/sec guarantee short processing times at lowest temperature increase. Mixing Refiners with an additional vacuum function can reduce product temperatures as well as cool, dry, dehumidify and remove volatile acids, which improves the consistency and viscosity of the product to be processed. A deliberate rise in temperature can be achieved simply by the energy transfer of the rotating knives.
