Paniform JAC Divider with grid divider

The Paniform is the fully automatic version of the JAC range of dividers. The Paniform is a perfect combination of a divider with a bowl and a divider with a grid, and is perfectly adapted to all types of dough. It can divide up to 19 kg in a bowl and 5 kg per grid. It is equipped with a press lid and grid support to benefit from the extensive range of more than 100 grids in which you only have to find the right shape for your product.

JAC has chosen ambitious techniques for this: a reinforced piston, cast aluminium scrapers with EASY CLEAN processing, Click&Cut, start/stop system, sharp stainless steel blades, a square stainless steel bowl, flour collection system, pressure and pressing time regulation, Stress control, standard Easyflour flour spreader and Fullmatic automatic pressing and cutting cycle.
