About us
Vipam is a family business, founded in 1960 by Jan Willem van de Rovaart. In 1997, his son, Arjan van de Rovaart, took over the company and expanded it into the Vipam of today.
THE BEGINNING
Vipam once started selling pectin and binding agents to bakeries. What started with 5 products slowly but surely expanded into a high-quality range of raw materials and special decoration materials in food and non-food with which every pastry chef, patissier and chocolatier can distinguish themselves.
Vipam can be called unique as an independent wholesaler. The range is broad, deep and highly specialized and also offers an extremely good addition to the basic range of regular wholesalers. Vipam ensures that you can distinguish yourself from others and especially the large retail business.
