We regularly share unique recipes and organize workshops. With our annual ice cream seminar, we bring entrepreneurs together and help them take their ice cream craftsmanship to the next level. Ice cream makers can always rely on Nic Gelato for advice and support. We assist with starting a new ice cream parlor and developing a customized base mix. In our demonstration room, equipped with a full ice cream kitchen, we are happy to teach you the tricks of the trade.

Only Cannoli is the cannoli maker of the famous, traditional Sicilian specialty. We produce the highest possible quality ourselves, each cannoli is filled by hand. We provide a complete concept for bakers and ice cream shops and thus completely unburden our customers. We supply the display cases from our own glass studio with the associated packaging. In a small area we create an optimal presentation and a corresponding return for the entrepreneur. Our cannoli has a best before date of 11 months outside the refrigerator, is freshly made by us daily. No sales and loss are a thing of the past. Als pachtboer begint Albertus Schulp in 1861 op één hectare grond in Breukelen langs de rivier de Vecht. Vijf generaties Schulp groeien op als fruittelers, op diezelfde grond en langs diezelfde rivier. In 1995 besluit Albert Schulp om zich naast het fruittelen ook toe te leggen op het maken van sap. Een goede keuze, want sinds dat jaar maakt Schulp het pure en natuurtroebele sap dat je van ons kent. Wij gebruiken bij voorkeur Hollands fruit, veelal van fruittelers uit de regio. Ook voor onze dubbelsappen maken wij zo veel mogelijk gebruik van Hollands fruit, zoals appels, peren, aardbeien en blauwe bessen. Het volledige proces van persen tot en met bottelen vindt plaats in eigen huis. Op deze manier beperken wij onze foodmiles en ondersteunen we de fruitteeltsector in eigen land. Als familie zijn we van oudsher gevestigd in de Vechtstreek, onderdeel van het Groene Hart. Wij zijn ons goed bewust van al het moois dat het Hollandse land ons te bieden heeft en daar zijn wij vanzelfsprekend zuinig op. Dit rentmeesterschap spreekt uit de bewuste keuzes die we maken, zoals het zelf opwekken van groene energie en het verantwoord inzetten hiervan. Daarnaast brengen wij het restproduct van uitgeperst fruit naar onze buurman-boeren als voeding voor hun vee. Het overige afval wordt zorgvuldig gescheiden, waardoor wij nagenoeg geen restafval hebben.
