In Nic’s webshop, you’ll find everything you need to create and sell gelato. Nic Gelato is dedicated to inspiring and supporting ice cream entrepreneurs. We regularly share unique recipes and organize workshops. With our annual ice cream seminar, we bring entrepreneurs together and help them take their ice cream craftsmanship to the next level. Ice cream makers can always rely on Nic Gelato for advice and support. We assist with starting a new ice cream parlor and developing a customized base mix. In our demonstration room, equipped with a full ice cream kitchen, we are happy to teach you the tricks of the trade.

Only Cannoli is the cannoli maker of the famous, traditional Sicilian specialty. We produce the highest possible quality ourselves, each cannoli is filled by hand. We provide a complete concept for bakers and ice cream shops and thus completely unburden our customers. We supply the display cases from our own glass studio with the associated packaging. In a small area we create an optimal presentation and a corresponding return for the entrepreneur. Our cannoli has a best before date of 11 months outside the refrigerator, is freshly made by us daily. No sales and loss are a thing of the past.
