Your exhibition participation includes inviting your relations free of charge via the Invitation Service. The (free) invitation service was created to make it easier for you and is an important marketing tool with which you attract quality visitors to the fair that directly contribute to your business. Joining this service is easy. You upload your relationship list in our secure environment and we will provide a professional and personal invitation with your company name on it. Be quick, because your relationship list (max. 2,000 addresses) must be uploaded via My Easyfairs no later than December 12, 2022. Would you like to supply more addresses? Free invitation with company name

65% of the visitors enter through the Easyfairs Invitation Service. You save all the time, layout and printing costs that you would normally spend on invitations! Relationships that also appear in our e-mail database do not receive a mail item, but an e-mail with a unique registration code. We will mention your company name in all invitations.

Completely unburdened and AVG-proof

We like to make it as easy as possible for you. That is why we have developed a secure environment for you in which you can upload your relationship lists with the click of a button. Inviting relations has never been so easy! This saves you time and allows you to optimally prepare for your exhibition participation.

Visitor quality

You want to get a return from your participation. Visitor quality plays a major role in achieving that objective. By supplying a high-quality address file, you have a lot of influence on who you meet.

Guaranteed visit

Because you send tens to hundreds of invitations in your name, many entrepreneurs have become aware of your company. You have significantly increased the chance of meeting these companies at the stock exchange.

Privacy

First of all, we would like to give you insight into the way in which we handle the personal data that you provide to us in the relationship lists for the invitation service. Easyfairs attaches great importance to your privacy and that of your relations. Of course we have our processing agreement and our procedures in order. It is therefore completely safe to have your relationship lists processed by us. The data is only used to invite relations on your behalf.

This data will not be used for purposes other than those related to the invitation service.
You upload your relationship lists in the secure environment of My Easyfairs.
Your relationship lists will be duplicated. The organization that takes care of this is AVG-proof.
Your data will only be provided to the mailing handler who uses the data to send the invitations. They do not retain the data after this.
The data will be destroyed after the trade fair. Your relations will only be included in our database if they themselves give permission for the use of their data.

Because we ask you to provide your relationship lists before participating in our Invitation Service, we are happy to provide you with insight into the way in which we handle the personal data that you send us in these relationship lists.

Relationship management

Easyfairs attaches great importance to your privacy and that of your relations. Data from potential visitors is indispensable for the success of Bakkersvak & IJs-Vak and it is also one of the most valuable assets of you as an exhibitor. That is why we deal with this concretely and fully in accordance with the AVG legislation.

Collaboration

In this invitation collaboration, you grant us permission to send a one-time physical invitation to the postal address of your relationship. Of course we have our processing agreement and our procedures in order and they comply with the AVG legislation.
