Wachtel INFRA deck oven

The Wachtel INFRA deckoven is ideal for large production due to its heavy design. It can have a maximum of 6 floors with a choice of 140, 165 or 200 mm height per floor. The oven is supplied as standard with a stone baking floor. The oven is also equipped with separate floor and top heat control and a separate steam facility per floor. Extractor hood is optional. The Wachtel INFRA has 3 versions, namely: AE, CE or EE. The AE is the smallest version and the EE the largest version. In addition, the INFRA is also available in a CLASSIC version.
