Wachtel Piccolo Classic deck oven

Deck oven with a maximum of 5 decks with a choice of 140, 165 or 200 mm height per deck. The oven is supplied as standard with a stone baking floor. The oven is also equipped with separate floor and top heat control and a separate steam facility per floor. Extractor hood and substructure proofer are optional. In addition, this oven is equipped with classic analogue thermostats, baking time clocks and controls covered with real gold leaf!
