      Washing specialist Winterhalter presents the new PT Series passthrough dishwasher. They are designed to meet the highest demands and are streamlined for maximum economy: uncomplicated, efficient and fast. Winterhalter promises perfect wash results and absolute operational reliability. The new automatic hood also opens and closes the machine effortlessly, making the work of dishwashing staff much easier. The new PT, which comes in three machine sizes, can be adjusted to suit the dishes and their degree of soiling via the software settings. With a high-performance warewashing system and a well-designed hygiene concept, Winterhalter promises first-class wash results no matter how stubborn the dirt. The new S-shaped wash fields guarantee that the water is distributed over a wide area and the quadruple filtration system ensures the wash water remains clean at all times. “VarioPower” variable water pressure regulation adjusts the wash pressure precisely to the type of wash items and how dirty they are. Washing with the PT means washing efficiently: with low water consumption, optimised energy use, and optimally dosed chemicals. The EnergyLight waste water heat recovery system, which is fitted as standard, uses the energy from the waste water to heat the cold inlet water. The advantages: resources are conserved and up to 10% of energy costs are saved. The optionally available EnergyPlus exhaust air heat exchanger also uses the energy from the hot steam inside the machine to pre-heat the cold inlet water. This saves up to 15% of energy costs. In addition, considerably less steam escapes when the machine is opened. The PT Series can also be supplied with an optional driven wash field – a patented innovation from Winterhalter. Compared to the standard drive, the rinse water volume is reduced by 0.4 litres per wash cycle. And that means lower operating costs.

Net zoals in de Cash-it kassa zijn de artikelen per artikelgroep ingedeeld. Van ieder artikel kunt u product informatie en recept informatie opvragen. Ook drukt u vanuit dit venster met één druk op de knop de etiketten af en kan de arbeid geregistreerd worden.

      The van ’t Wout work tables are equipped with a stable stainless steel 304 frame, using standard tubular profile of 35x35x2 mm. All connections are welded around TIG and it is etched afterwards. The work tables are equipped with stable stainless steel yokes and feature 100 mm durable rollers with a thermo rubber tread. The stainless steel 304 worktop has a material thickness of 3 mm and is filled on the underside with threaded pins with an 18mm concrete plywood plate and sealed around. As a result, the blade is carried freely and the blade remains practically dent-free even after many years of use. The free ends of the concrete square are finished with a stainless steel profile. Even hot baking trays can be placed directly on the work surface without any problems, there is no risk of glue under the top which will “saponify” which can cause the top to bulge and “jump”. The worktops on the frame are arranged in such a way that the worktop has an overhang all around, so that the bottom frame is less polluted. An absolutely unique point on the work tables are the drawer runners designed and produced by van 't Wout itself, these are executed without ball rolls but with plastic rolls and a very stable high 2 mm thick stainless steel profile. As a result, the drawers in the extended position can safely be loaded with 100 kg on the drawer front. The drawers can also be pulled out in its entirety due to the aforementioned construction, as a result of which the gastronorm trays can also be removed straight for cleaning. If the bench and guides were heavily soiled with flour, etc., the drawers can still be opened properly. The bench can then be sprayed with water, including the drawer guides, since it is therefore designed without ball rolls. The drawers are provided with a small gap between the drawer front and the gastronorm container, so that if the drawers are still slightly open there is no possible leakage of water in the trays.
