The HP1 is a very flexible dough portioner with a double worm set, which can easily and accurately portion both muffin batter and stiff paste. By combining the HP1 with the new filling table FT722, a piping bag becomes redundant. A baking tray or baking tin is brought under the portioning opening by means of an XY movement. This allows a wide variety of product shapes to be portioned, such as rosettes, rings, stripes, crackers and Utrechtse sprits. It is also possible to fill muffin and turban shapes. The baking tray can be positioned freely by means of magnets. This makes it possible to make any pattern and safety caps are not necessary.
